Daphna Iron

Daphna Iron (Marton) is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as Senior HR Business Partner at Riverbed Technology since November 2021. Prior roles include HR Manager at Netline Communications Technologies and Johnson & Johnson, where Daphna developed and implemented HR infrastructures, policies, and employee engagement initiatives. Daphna contributed to key HR operations at Omrix and played a pivotal role in establishing a new plant HR strategy in Jerusalem. With a foundation built at Manpower Israel as a Placement Advisor, expertise spans recruitment, talent development, and HR process implementation.
