Erika Durrington

Erika Durrington has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Erika started their career at Booz Allen Hamilton in 1990, where they focused on recruiting for various sectors. In 1997, they joined OPNET Technologies, Inc as the SVP of Recruiting, playing a key role in the company's application and network performance management solutions. In 2012, they moved to Riverbed Technology, where they held roles such as Senior Director, Recruiting Americas and Vice President of Talent Acquisition. At Riverbed, they contributed to maximizing performance and visibility for networks and applications, enabling organizations to capitalize on their digital and cloud investments.

Erika Durrington attended Penn State University but did not complete a degree. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter from LinkedIn Certification in December 2018 and as a Certified Diversity Recruiter from AIRS, an ADP Company in November 2018.
