Kathleen Arch

Kathleen Arch currently serves as the Director of Sales Operations for the Americas and US Federal at Riverbed Technology, where responsibilities include partnering with sales leadership on business management and operational issues, as well as overseeing planning and process development to enhance market share acquisition. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Sales Strategy and Operations Lead for the U.S. East at Amazon Web Services, supporting a $1.3 billion sales region, and was recruited to create and manage the Sales Operations Organization at Ciena for a $2.5 billion sales group. Additionally, Kathleen worked at Hitachi Vantara, first as the Director of Sales Operations for the Central Division and previously as the Sales Operations Manager for the Southeast District, focusing on financial targets and market strategies. Kathleen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Florida International University.
