Pietro Giordano

Pietro Giordano has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Pietro started their career at Bonduelle as a Software Developer and later became an Infrastructure Engineer. During this time, they developed a single sign-on system and various applications for industrial processes. Pietro then joined CACE Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on developing components for packet analysis tools and created application dissectors for transaction reconstruction. In 2010, they joined Riverbed Technology as a Technical Staff Team Lead, where they designed and developed flow export features and coordinated architectural changes for packet analysis products. Pietro later became an Engineering Manager, establishing procedures for efficient communication with product managers and coaching talent within the team. Pietro then served as a Senior Engineering Manager and proposed the initial architecture design for integrating two visibility products, resulting in a significant revenue stream for the company. Pietro currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at Riverbed Technology and manages multiple teams both locally and remotely, while also leading the team responsible for transaction reconstruction of database traffic.

Pietro Giordano obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from Politecnico di Torino, completing their education from 2000 to 2007.
