Roy Bowcutt

Roy Bowcutt serves as the Head of Product Management Acceleration Business at Riverbed Technology since August 2021. Concurrently, Bowcutt operates Bowcutt Consulting, providing expertise in product management, networking, and architecture focused on advanced networking solutions involving cloud-native technologies, SaaS, edge computing, and ML/IIoT applications, with an emphasis on cyber-secure networking. Previously, as Director of Product Management at Dispersive Networks, Inc., Bowcutt oversaw the ultra-secure SaaS/PaaS based SD-WAN ecosystem, managing product strategies and growing the product management team. At ADVA Optical Networking, Bowcutt was Senior Director of Product Line Management and Systems Architect, responsible for product management and technical architecture of advanced networking products. Educational qualifications include an MSEE in Computer Engineering and Digital Communications from the University of Minnesota, an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, and a BS in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
