Ted Asocks has extensive experience in technical support and network services, with a career spanning over four decades. Starting at Ampex Corp. as a Senior Technical Assistant, Ted progressed to Manager of Network and Computer Services at UCO/Lick Observatory. At Sony Electronics, Ted contributed as Manager of Network Services/Security, focusing on firewall and IDS services, risk analysis, and vulnerability assessments. Following this, Ted served as a Product Line Support Engineer at Nokia Inc., providing escalation support for Check Point firewalls. In the role of Solution Specialist at Check Point Software Technologies, Ted conducted performance tests and optimized solutions. Since June 2010, Ted has worked as an Escalation Engineer at Riverbed Technology, specializing in technical support for WAN optimization products, and is currently retired.
