Susan Eisenacher

Susan Eisenacher, CPA, has over 30 years of experience in the real estate and property management industry. Since February 2010, Susan has served as Financial Controller at Rivercrest Realty Associates, overseeing financial operations. Prior to this role, Susan worked at Highwoods Properties from June 2001 to February 2010 as Property Accounting Manager, where responsibilities included reviewing and preparing consolidated monthly financial statements for a multi-million dollar Real Estate Investment Trust, as well as job cost reporting and software implementation. Additionally, from January 1992 to January 2001, Susan was a Property Manager at Drucker & Falk, LLC, managing eight properties valued over $13 million and achieving consistently low delinquency and vacancy rates. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned between 1988 and 1992.
