Kari Ostrem

Karena (Kari) Ostrem has an extensive career in education leadership. Karena (Kari) co-founded Bronx Lab School in 2004 and served until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Academic Dean at The Lawrenceville School. Most recently, in 2023, they held the position of Head of School at Riverdale Country School. Karena (Kari)'stenure as Head Of School at Haile-Manas Academy spanned until 2023.

Kari Ostrem holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University and a Master of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Columbia University.
