Carolyn Fourte has extensive experience in the mental health field, serving as a counselor at Hartgrove since January 2009 and as a mental health counselor at Riveredge Hospital since January 2008. Additionally, Carolyn contributed to Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. as a sons agent from 2012 to 2013. Educationally, Carolyn is an alumnus of Governors State University and Governors State University College of Business.

We serve the Chicago and surrounding region by delivering specialized care to children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and geriatric persons. All services are provided by an interdisciplinary team, which may include therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, expressive therapists, mental health associates and certified alcohol and drug counselors. These services are provided by qualified and committed professionals dedicated to providing care with compassion and integrity. Working with the patient is just one component of treatment process.
