Hacer Esra A.

Hacer Esra A. has a diverse work experience. Hacer Esra started their career as a Part-Time Student Assistant at Sabanci School of Management in 2017. Later on, in 2019, they gained experience as a Recruitment Intern at Ernst & Young and as a Recruitment Consultant Intern at Surge for Sciences. Hacer Esra also worked at Riverflex, where they started as a People and Talent Intern in 2021 and progressed to a Junior People and Talent Consultant role. Currently, Hacer is working as a People and Community Consultant at Riverflex, where they collaborate with organizations to tackle the challenges of the digital world.

Hacer Esra A. began their education at Sabanci University in 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management. During their time there, they also earned a Minor Degree in Psychology, which they completed in 2019. In 2019, Hacer pursued an Erasmus program at ISC Paris, focusing on Business and Economics for a brief period. Also in the same year, they attended Maastricht University, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, which they completed in 2020.
