Morven Dawood (Piers)

Morven Dawood (Piers) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Morven currently holds the position of Chief of Staff & Operations at Riverflex, a role they assumed in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager at the company from September 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Riverflex, Morven worked at PVH Corp. from 2015 to 2022. During their time there, they held several positions, including Senior Manager - Omnichannel Expansion from March 2021 to August 2022, Omnichannel Expansion Manager from January 2019 to February 2021, Omnichannel Project Specialist from February 2017 to December 2018, and Omnichannel Project Coordinator from September 2015 to February 2017.

Morven also gained experience at Tommy Hilfiger in 2014, where they worked in E-Commerce Project Management and served as a Corporate Responsibility (TommyCares) Intern.

Furthermore, Morven had a part-time role as a Sales Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch from November 2012 to July 2013.

Lastly, in 2011, Morven worked as a Management Assistant at Barefeet Theatre Zambia, a non-profit organization that uses drama and theater to aid development. Morven'sresponsibilities included writing and coordinating funding proposals, organizing databases, and improving funding and workshop processes.

Morven Dawood (Piers) has pursued their education in various institutions. At the Hong Kong Baptist University, they completed an exchange program. Later, at the University of Amsterdam, Morven obtained their BSc degree in Economics & Business. Additionally, they have also obtained certifications in Change Management from Prosci in July 2019 and as a Certified Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in January 2018.
