Dan Hickman

Dan Hickman has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry. Dan started their career as a Loan Administrator at Central Trust Company, working there from 1988 to 1991. Dan then became a Loan Officer at the same company's Mortgage division, and later transitioned to a Loan Officer role at Central Trust Company's parent company, PNC Bank. In 1996, they joined Home Mortgage Network as a Loan Officer for a brief period before moving to Winton Savings & Loan, where they worked as a Loan Officer and Sales Manager for over 8 years. From 2005 to 2014, they served as a Senior VP and Sales Manager at American Mortgage Service Company, where they were responsible for training and supporting Mortgage Loan Originators. Since 2015, they have been working as a Mortgage Lending Manager and Senior Vice President at RiverHills Bank. Throughout their career, Dan has gained extensive experience in various aspects of the mortgage lending industry, including product guidelines, compliance, procedures, systems, structuring loans, challenge resolution, investor relationships, operations, pricing strategies, and marketing.

Dan Hickman's education history begins in 1978 when they attended Deer Park High School. Dan completed their studies there in 1982 and received a diploma in College Prep & AP. Following their time at high school, Dan Hickman went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree at the University of Cincinnati, specializing in Marketing & Management. Dan started their degree in 1982 and successfully completed it in 1990.
