Edward Wood has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Edward started their career in 1984 at Fifth Third Bank as a Senior Commercial Lending Officer. Edward then moved to Fifth Third Bank Ohio Valley in 1984, where they held the position of Senior Vice President. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all commercial lending and had a team of 34 people. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the Senior Commercial Lender for the Ohio Valley Affiliate, managing a sales staff of 20 and five direct reports. In 2008, they joined National Bank & Trust Company as a Regional Vice President, overseeing commercial lending activities in multiple markets. Since 2015, they have been working at RiverHills Bank as the Executive Vice President & Chief Lending Officer. In this position, they are responsible for the development of the bank's lending policy, strategic planning, and managing senior client and participate bank lending relationships.
Edward Wood attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 1980 to 1985. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting and Information Systems.
