Cori Poland

Cori Poland has a diverse work experience in the credit union industry. Starting in 2000, they held the position of Branch Manager at First Tech Credit Union until 2007. Following this, they joined Oregon Community Credit Union as a Branch Manager from 2007 to 2009. From there, they joined Rivermark Community Credit Union and held various roles including Branch Manager, Branch Operations Manager, Vice President Lending, and currently serves as the Chief eXperience Officer since November 2018.

Cori Poland's education history begins in 1996 at Portland Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management. Cori then pursued further education at Portland State University - School of Business from 1998 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Business Administration, specifically Human Resources. In 2013, Cori attended Western CUNA Management School, where they studied Credit Unions. Their most recent educational endeavor was at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, where they completed an Executive MBA program from 2018 to 2020.
