Heather Guzman

Heather Guzman currently serves as the Assistant Video Member Specialist Manager at Rivermark Community Credit Union, a position held since October 2019, and has progressed through various roles including Personal Video Member Specialist III and Interactive Solutions Specialist. Prior experience includes leadership positions at SEPHORA, Stitch Fix, ULTA Beauty, and Bank of America, demonstrating a strong background in customer service, relationship building, and team management. Heather also gained valuable experience as a Store Manager at Up Against The Wall and a Visual Merchandiser with Winston Retail Solutions. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at Portland State University, Heather holds an Associate of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from FIDM.
