Kari Briggs

Kari Briggs is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations Services at Rivermark Community Credit Union since January 2025. Prior to this role, Kari held various leadership positions at Advantis Credit Union from January 2008 to May 2025, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations, during which effective change management was implemented to ensure seamless transitions within the department. Kari has a strong background in building operational initiatives, leading teams, and enhancing strategic planning, as demonstrated in roles such as Operations Manager and Branch Manager. Additionally, Kari served as Secretary Treasurer for the Belmont Area Business Association and owned a successful floral business from 1998 to 2006. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Linfield University, along with a degree in General Studies from the University of Oregon.
