Ryan Simon

Ryan Simon is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in transaction services and financial due diligence. Currently serving as an Associate Director and previously as a Manager at Riveron since October 2019, Ryan focuses on providing pragmatic business advisory services. Prior to Riveron, Ryan held the role of Director of Financial Due Diligence at Hilco Valuation Services, LLC, managing financial evaluations for institutional lenders and private equity clients from January 2015 to October 2019. Ryan's career in auditing began at CohnReznick LLP, where from November 2010 to January 2015, engagement involved auditing middle-market companies and advising clients on Financial Accounting Standards Board guidelines. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The George Washington University, completed in 2010.
