Sarah Lockett

Sarah Lockett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sarah started their career at HI Group in 2012, where they operated as an Analyst and acted as a lead consultant for human resource operations and technology management systems. Sarah developed strategic roadmaps, introduced innovative HR technology, and supported business development objectives.

In 2013, Sarah joined Riveron as an Analyst and subsequently held positions as an Associate and Senior Associate. During this time, they gained experience in post-merger integrations, redesigning operating models, and delivering cloud technology solutions. Sarah also developed skills in change management, strategy design, and business applications software.

Sarah's most recent roles at Riveron include Manager, Business Transformation, Senior Manager, Operations, and currently as Director, Strategy. In these roles, they spearheaded operational decision-making processes, led the commercial integration of acquisitions, and formulated long-term growth plans. Sarah'sresponsibilities also included developing strategies for cross-selling, revenue synergies, and accelerating innovation. Sarah Lockett earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University, which they completed from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2018.
