Mauricio Vargas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production management within the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Senior Production Supervisor at Riverpoint Medical, Mauricio has held similar leadership roles at Viant Medical, Resonetics, Smith & Nephew, and Boston Scientific, focusing on manufacturing support, process improvements, and team management. A strong advocate for operational excellence, Mauricio has implemented Lean Manufacturing principles and developed key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple organizations.
