James Dyer

James Dyer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and finance, currently serving as the Head of Operations at RiverRock European Capital Partners LLP since September 2022, where the focus is on providing capital financing to European corporates. Prior experience includes roles at UBS, where James held positions including Operations Associate and SBL Trade Support Analyst, overseeing process improvements and lifecycle events for equity derivative structured products. Additional experience encompasses consultancy at Attenda, business analysis at Rule Financial Group for HSBC’s Prime Brokerage, and significant operational management roles at Tenax Capital and Intrinsic Asset Management. James began their career in finance at Gartmore and HSBC Asset Management. James earned a BSc (Hons) in Economics from University College London and attended Monkton Combe School.
