Yen Nguyen serves as a Property Accountant at RiverRock Real Estate Group since February 2016, managing a portfolio of over 10 commercial properties across California and overseeing financial reporting, budgeting processes, and tax preparation using MRI and Yardi accounting systems. Prior to this role, Yen was a Project Accountant at Roger's Gardens from April 2014 to February 2016, responsible for project account management, supplier invoice approvals, and profitability reporting. Earlier experience includes a Staff Accountant position at Jamboree Housing Corporation and an Accounting Intern role at LB NAACP, with initial work as an Office Manager for Dr. Pastrmac Chiropractor. Yen holds an M.B.A. in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and a B.S. in Accounting from California State University, Long Beach.
