Joe Bellantoni

Joe manages and oversees projects from commencement to completion. He is responsible for budgeting and cost control, labor and material forecasting, permitting, scheduling, material procurement, billing, quality control, changes in scope and project closeout procedures. As with every Rivers employee, he is responsible for adherence to our safety program. Joe has been with Rivers for nearly 30 years and in that time he’s been an electrician, project foreman, service technician and for the past 2 years, project manager.
