Russell Hatch

Russell is responsible for business development, pre-construction services, cost estimating, design, value, and schedule analysis. He is also responsible for vendor and subcontractor selection. In his 20 plus years at Rivers, Russell began as an apprentice, then electrician, project foreman, project manager, junior estimator and estimator. That experience brings a well-rounded perspective to all facets of pre-construction, estimating, conceptual estimating, scheduling and procurement.
