Joseph Carson

Joseph Carson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems administration. Currently serving as Systems Administrator III at Riverside Casino & Golf Resort® since August 2016, Joseph has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility including Systems Administrator II and Technology Engineer, providing comprehensive support for server, workstation, network equipment, hypervisors, and WiFi. Previous experience includes Level 1 & 2 help desk support at ETS (Erb's Technology Solutions) where Joseph supported managed IT services, an IT Specialist role at Leepfrog Technologies focusing on deployment and troubleshooting, and Level 2 Technical support at Pearson, assisting with Java web platform issues and network configurations.
