Previously, Shanniel held the role of Director of Property Management at The Betesh Group/Margate Atlantic Properties, managing a diverse asset portfolio valued over $100 million, and led property management teams at Dixon Leasing and Dixon Advisory, where responsibilities included team recruitment, training, and management of extensive residential and commercial properties. Shanniel's career in property management began as an Office Manager at Alpha Property Management, following a solid academic foundation in Psychology from Rutgers University.
