Janet Maund

Janet is Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. Before joining Riverside, she worked in various human resources leadership positions within the healthcare field, including at a teaching hospital in Boston where she oversaw the daily operations of an HR department serving over 10,000 employees. In her current role, Janet provides consultation on employee relations and collaborates with leaders to support Riverside’s mission and goals, and oversees compliance with state and federal employment laws. Janet believes that employees are an organization’s greatest asset, and takes pride in providing consultation and guidance to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and with dignity and respect. A Cape Cod native, Janet enjoys boating, walking the beaches in any season, skiing, and snowmobiling in Maine with her husband and daughters.
