Nanci Ginty Butler

Nanci Ginty Butler, LICSW, serves as the Director of Mental Health Services in the Division of Adolescent/Young Adult Medicine at Boston Children's Hospital and is a Lecturer of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and Boston University School of Social Work. With extensive experience in mental health services, Nanci has held various roles at Riverside Community Care since 2001, including Senior Clinician-Coordinator of Program Development and critical incident response, offering psychological support following traumatic events. Nanci's prior positions include Lead Residential Crisis Clinician at Side By Side Supported Living, Inc., and various roles in residential programs at Bay State Community Services, as well as internships in family therapy and social work. Nanci earned a Master of Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College.
