Dr. Terri Hampton

Dr. Terri Hampton is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief of People Operations in a private organization since March 2020, Dr. Hampton also holds the position of Vice Chancellor for Human Resources and Employee Relations at Riverside Community College District since September 2015, where responsibilities include managing recruitment, classification, training, employee relations, and benefits for the district. Previous roles include Executive Director of HR at Pasadena City College, Deputy Director of Labor and Employee Relations for Marin County, and Court Human Resources Manager for the Superior Court of California, County of Solano. Dr. Hampton holds a Doctorate in Public Administration from the University of LaVerne and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University.
