Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Acting Vice Chancellor of Business Services at South Orange County Community College District from August 2017 to March 2018 and served as Vice Chancellor of Administration and Finance at Riverside Community College District from July 1992 to January 2013. Jim holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained between 1964 and 1978.
