Calvin Patel

Calvin Patel currently serves as the President Elect of the Riverside County Medical Association since January 2023. In addition, Calvin has held the position of Chief of Staff at Parkview Community Hospital since December 2019, where responsibilities include leading the medical staff and facilitating communication between the medical staff and administration. As the Department Vice-Chair of the Family Medicine Department at Riverside Community Hospital, also since December 2019, Calvin promotes staff development and manages departmental resources and policies. Previously, Calvin served as the Past Chair of the Family Medicine Department at Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center, starting in January 2018, and is a founding partner and hospitalist at Providence Healthcare Partners since January 2015, focusing on delivering quality care to underserved communities. Calvin's medical journey includes residency at UC Davis Family Medicine Residency Program from June 2011 to October 2014, culminating in a B.S. in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from La Sierra University, alongside education at Ross University School of Medicine and the University of California, Davis.
