Cladonda Lamela

ClaDonda Lamela is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and management. Currently serving as the Patient Care Services and Float Pool Operations Manager at Riverside Community Hospital since June 2012, ClaDonda has held various roles in nursing, including Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse. Prior experience includes traveling nursing positions with Aya Healthcare and Travel Nurse Solutions, as well as a position at Baptist Health System. Education includes a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from West Coast University and ongoing pursuit of a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Brandman University. Additionally, ClaDonda gained management experience through an internship at West Coast University’s Simulation Center.
