ALDO LICITRA has extensive experience in engineering and planning, currently serving as a Planner at Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District since January 2017. Prior to this role, ALDO LICITRA worked as an Engineer for the City of Temecula from February 2003 to December 2016. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, a Certificate in Environmental Management from UC Irvine, and an Associate of Science in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Saddleback College.
