David Barstad is an experienced GIS Analyst with a robust background in geographic information systems. Currently serving at Riverside County Flood Control & Water Conservation District since November 2003, David has held various roles including GIS Analyst and GIS Specialist II. Previous positions include GIS Analyst at Davis Demographics and Planning, Inc., and GIS Analyst/Assistant Planner at Chambers Group, Inc. Additionally, David has worked as an independent contractor for the City of Burbank's GIS Department and as a GIS Intern for the City of Ontario. David holds a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Analysis and Design, as well as Economics from UC Irvine.
