Joshua Costy Eit

Joshua Costy, EIT, is an Assistant Engineer at the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, a position held since July 2022. Previously, Joshua served as a Water Quality Compliance Intern at the same organization from June 2021 to May 2022. Joshua earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completing studies there between 2018 and 2022.
