Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District
Alexander Wells, MSCE, EIT, possesses extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as an Associate Engineer at Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District since April 2018, with previous roles as Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer within the same organization. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, earned between 2017 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in 2014. Prior experience includes positions as Geotechnical Staff Engineer at Group Delta and Hamilton & Associates, as well as a Geotechnical Intern at GEOCON.

The mission of the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District is to protect people, property and watersheds from damage or destruction from flood and storm waters and to conserve, reclaim and save such waters for beneficial use.
