Joe Dunlap, MPS, has extensive experience in law enforcement and emergency response, currently serving as a Sergeant with the Riverside County Sheriff's Office since August 2008, specializing in the Sheriff's Emergency Response Team. Prior roles included Corporal and Deputy Sheriff within the same unit. Before this, Joe Dunlap worked for the County of Riverside and served as a Construction Inspector, along with military service in the Army National Guard from December 1994 to May 2005, where responsibilities included securing ammunition and conducting land navigation during combat operations. Joe Dunlap holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Union Institute & University, a Master of Science in Homeland Security from The George Washington University, and is pursuing a Doctor of Science in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management at Jacksonville State University.
