Angela Ferreira

Angela Ferreira, SR/WA, currently serves as a Senior Management Analyst in Right of Way at the Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) since October 2021. Prior to this role, Angela was a Real Property Agent for the City of Riverside from April 2021 to October 2021 and held several positions at the City of La Quinta from September 2017 to April 2021, including Senior Right of Way Agent and various roles within the City Manager’s Office. Angela's career began at the City of Riverside, where responsibilities included serving as a Real Property Agent in the Community & Economic Development Department from April 2007 to August 2017. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management Studies from California Baptist University, earned in August 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Humboldt State University, completed in 2002.
