Erick Gutierrez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and real estate. Currently serving as a Senior Management Analyst - Right of Way for the Riverside County Transportation Commission since September 2021, Erick has held various roles in notable organizations, including Land Advisor at SoCalGas and Project Manager at Contract Land Staff and Overland, Pacific, & Cutler, LLC. Prior to these positions, Erick gained experience as a Real Estate Salesperson and Sales & Office Manager, coupled with a solid technical background as a Systems Engineer III at Honda Research & Development Americas, Inc. and a Computer Resource Center Service Technician at TRW, Inc.
