Shira Sadoth

Shira Sadoth is the Head of Business Operations & Analytics at Riverside.fm. Shira has extensive experience in the field of data and analytics, having worked with companies such as Google and Lemonade. At Google, they served as an analytical consultant and was responsible for identifying growth opportunities and developing user acquisition growth strategies for global tech clients and early stage startups. Shira also established and managed an internal training program for 300+ EMEA analysts. At Lemonade, they founded the Growth Data team and built a data-driven decision-making culture across the Growth division by developing its BI data stack, implementing data models and providing frameworks for analysis. Shira also designed a centralized repository of cross functional processes to create operational scale. In their current role at Riverside.fm, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from operations to analytics.

Shira Sadoth has a BA in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University.
