Benjamin McLain

Benjamin McLain, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Riverside Healthcare, overseeing a comprehensive healthcare network that includes a 300-bed trauma and Magnet designated hospital. Prior to this role, Benjamin held various leadership positions at Springfield Clinic, including President of Home Health and Vice President of Operations, contributing to the clinic's recognition as one of the top 100 Most Loved Workplaces by Newsweek Magazine in 2022 and 2023. Previous experience includes directing rehabilitation services at HSHS St. Francis Hospital and HSHS St. John's Hospital, and coordinating sports medicine initiatives at Strive!
