Cheri Rogers

Cheri Rogers is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a focus on cardiology and diabetes management. Since January 2010, Cheri has been providing care for patients with heart failure at Riverside Healthcare, emphasizing education and healthy lifestyle habits. Additionally, as the Quality Improvement Coordinator for Cardiology, Cheri manages key registries and databases while collaborating with service lines to ensure best practices are met. Cheri also oversees the Neuro Trauma ICU at Riverside, nurturing a 12-bed unit that expanded to 18 beds. Currently, Cheri is engaged at Advocate South Suburban Hospital in the Diabetes Wellness Clinic, where the focus is on education and medication management per ADA guidelines. Cheri holds an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner degree and has advanced degrees in Nursing Administration and Registered Nursing.
