Kristine Charbonneau

Kristine Charbonneau is an experienced professional in instructional design and organizational development, currently serving as the Coordinator at Riverside HealthCare since December 2016. In this role, Kristine acts as an education and engagement analyst, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance patient experiences and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities include orienting and training staff in various programs such as Service Excellence and Basic Life Support, as well as developing and maintaining software training materials for multiple systems. Prior to this position, Kristine worked as an Epic Principal Trainer, where expertise in training and system troubleshooting was established. Earlier experience includes roles in human resources and as a mental health technician. Kristine holds a Master’s degree in Personnel and Human Resource Development from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Governors State University.
