LaWanda Jones holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BS from the University of St. Francis. With extensive experience in quality improvement and clinical excellence, LaWanda has served as the Director of Quality Improvement at Riverside Healthcare since May 2021. Prior to this role, LaWanda was the Director of Quality Services at Methodist Hospitals Inc from January 2012 to April 2021, and held dual positions as Director of Clinical Excellence at Advocate Trinity Hospital and Advocate Health Care from October 1997 to December 2011. LaWanda is also a registered nurse and a certified professional in healthcare quality, holding the CPHQ and LSSBB certifications.
