Matt McAllister

Matt McAllister serves as the Foundation Director at Riverside Healthcare, a role held since March 2007, emphasizing best practices, innovation, and process quality within the health system. Prior positions at Riverside include Grant Administrator and Lean Manager, where responsibilities included securing and managing state and federal grants and teaching Lean Healthcare classes. Earlier experience includes serving as Grants Manager at Children & Families of Iowa, leading a three-person team to raise annual funds through grant writing. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University, a Bachelor’s in Child & Family Services from Iowa State University, and a Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma from the Medical Group Management Association. Additionally, participation in The Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University continues to enhance expertise in philanthropy.
