Rebecca Lentz Schiltz has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Rebecca started their career as a Clinic Manager at Performance Physical Therapy, where they managed the outpatient physical therapy and occupational medicine program. Rebecca also collaborated with surgeons to provide quality physical therapy services to patients. In 2006, they joined Riverside Healthcare as the Director of Rehabilitation and Respiratory Services, overseeing multiple programs and managing around 100 employees. In 2012, they took on the role of Director of Rehabilitation and Wound Care, responsible for the growth and quality of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. Currently, Rebecca holds the position of Vice President of Post-Acute Care Services at Riverside Healthcare.

Rebecca Lentz Schiltz has a strong education background spanning various fields.

Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physical Therapy from Marquette University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.

Continuing their education, they pursued a Master's of Health Science (MHS) degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis, from 1999 to 2002.

Rebecca further expanded their academic qualifications with an MBA degree from DePaul University, specializing in Business with a focus on leadership and change management. Rebecca completed this program from 2003 to 2006.

Complementing their education, Rebecca has obtained certifications relevant to their fields of expertise. In June 1994, they became a Licensed Physical Therapist through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. More recently, in December 2017, they obtained the certification of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from the same institution.
