Roxanne Garcia-Fear, LNHA, is an experienced healthcare administrator with a comprehensive background in managing skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care facilities. Currently serving as the Healthcare Administrator Director at Riverside Healthcare, Roxanne oversees operations at the 160-bed Miller Healthcare Center and leads various steering committees. Previously, Roxanne held roles at Arcadia Care, Dimensions Living Burr Ridge, PINNACLE OPPORTUNITIES INC, Aperion Care, and Kankakee Terrace, achieving notable successes in staffing, census and financial growth, and pandemic management. Roxanne's education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University, an Associate's degree from Rasmussen University, and a medical billing certificate from AAPC.
