Brenda Bak is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in financial operations and contract management. Currently serving as Administrative Support at Riverside Industries since 2012, Brenda assists executive leadership with DDS contracts and amendments while developing and optimizing contract processing procedures utilizing advanced Excel skills. Previously, Brenda held dual roles as Operations Manager for the PAM Administration Team at both MassMutual Financial Group and Babson Capital Management, overseeing significant securities accounting systems. Additional experience includes roles as an Investment Analyst in various capacities at Babson Capital Management and MassMutual Life Insurance Co., where Brenda focused on system administration and collections. Brenda holds an MS in Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Rensselaer at Work, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Elms College, and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Holyoke Community College.
