Erik Gross

Erik Gross has extensive work experience in the field of technical operations and systems administration. Erik began their career at Riverside Publishing in 2006 as a Software Support Specialist. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Tech Support Specialist and then moved on to become a Lead Support Specialist from 2009 to 2010.

In 2010, Erik joined Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as a Lead Systems Administrator, a position they held for eight years until 2018. During their time there, they gained valuable experience in managing and overseeing systems administration tasks.

In 2018, Erik returned to Riverside Insights as a Lead Systems Administrator, where they contributed to the technical operations of the company. In May 2019, they were promoted to Manager, Technical Operations, and continues to excel in this role.
