John Seal

John Seal started working as a Realtor at Downtown Realty in October 2022. Prior to that, they had a long-term tenure at Riverside Medical Center, where they held various roles including Human Resources Director/Assistant Administrator and Interim Chief Financial Officer.

John Seal earned their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University, where they attended from 2000 to 2003. John later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General Business at Southeastern Louisiana University from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, John obtained several certifications throughout their career. John became a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) through the International Board for Certification of Safety Managers in October 2018. In June 2018, they also obtained the HACP certification from CIHQ - Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality. John is a Louisiana Notary Public, having received this certification from the Louisiana Secretary of State in January 2018. In March 2015, they earned the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), and back in December 2007, they obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
