Kimberly Traylor is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant with extensive experience in various healthcare settings since 2013. Currently, Kimberly serves at Legacy Healthcare Services and Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, both since 2022. Kimberly has held multiple roles as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Select Rehabilitation, Reliant Rehabilitation, Key Rehabilitation, and Adaptive Rehabilitation Services, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient care and rehabilitation. Additionally, Kimberly has contributed to the sports community as an Assistant Softball Coach at Diamond Club Reign since 2015. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Cornell College and an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Technician/Assistant from Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley.

They offer short-term rehabilitation as well as medical services for cardiac care, pulmonary, neurological, orthopedic, and medically complex conditions. If a patient elects to live with us, they are assisted in transitioning into our long-term carefacility. Providing assistance with Medicare and Medicaid.
